Preparing For your Live Support Call
In order for us to check your particular problem we will need to access your computer remotely with you in attendance, here's how it works...
Step 1: Install the FREE version of AnyDesk onto your computer. *Do NOT buy the software, you only need the free version and you don't need a licence or to register for an account.

When you have AnyDesk installed you'll see a screen like this...
Step 2: Once you have AnyDesk installed you can close the progam by clicking the X in the top corner in the same way that you close any window.
When you start your support call Steve will ask you to launch Anydesk and he'll ask you for the unique number that you'll see after the program loads. In the example above you'd need to tell Steve that your number is 1162 234 234

Q2. Can anyone access my computer after I install AnyDesk?
A2. The only way that anyone can access your computer is if both of the following are true...
* 1. You have AnyDesk installed and open on your computer
* 2. You share your remote access address (the number you see when you start AnyDesk)
Q3. Should I uninstall AnyDesk after my support call?
A3. It's perfectly safe to leave AnyDesk installed on your computer but for added security simply uninstall it after your call.
